PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT & DIRECTOR

EHCO HR CONSULTANCY was promoted in 2016 by Mr. Shijo Rabi, a successful and enthusiastic HRD professional, with more than two decades of experience in the Corporate sector in India. Shijo is a Science graduate with an MBA degree from the Welingkar Institute of Business Management in Mumbai. He has participated in a number of training interventions including the Performance Management Workshop at IIM (Ahmedabad) and the Counselling Skills Programme at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Mumbai).

In his last employment, Shijo was Senior Vice President – Corporate HR with a highly diversified Indian corporate which held the market leadership position for over 80 years. This Rs.800 crore organization had seven divisions including Office Products, Banking and Office Automation Equipment, Pharmaceutical Intermediates, Foundries, Textiles and Engineering. They also had seven manufacturing units with a PAN India presence.
